This is using Stardock software I bought from Humble Bundle for a couple of bucks.Requires no uxtheme patching.
- Theme program: Windows Blinds
- Icon Program: IconPackager
- Disable "Remove duplicate icons" setting to stop icons blanking out.
- Theme: eXperience
- Icons: XP Set - v3
- Wallpaper: 4k Bliss Wallpaper
- Start program: Classic Shell 4.3.0 (4.3.1 breaks taskbar)
