Win 98 Tutorial

1) Download latest PCEm

2) Download roms (Google PCEM v17 Roms).

3) Install Win98 SE (you will need Win 98 Boot image and disc of full OS):

    

4) Use WinCDEmu to create ISOs from folders to install drivers.

5) Install Voodoo drivers.

• Voodoo 2
  

6) Install DX9C
